FCI System: Fabrico has designed the Fabrico Customer Information (FCI) system which is paperless and provides customers with information including features like:

Time Action Plan (TAP)
Real-time changes on a bi-weekly basis at every phase
Daily factory report
Automated report on delays and the time recalculation to ship on time
Option to comment or reject a submission
Integrated system across all departments

Quality Checks

With a customer base of clients from around 20 countries, we assure a standard of quality to be nothing short of world-class.

In order to maintain quality checks, Fabrico pre-audits all its vendors to match international standards and labour regulations.
We sample bulk fabric thoroughly and provide accurate feedback to customers.
We also provide a Post Shipment Assurance.
We respond effectively to customer comments based on the FCI system and provide a 5 point check once the garment is made.

How we function

Our merchandising and follow up is divided into the following:
Sampling, merchandising, production and quality control. Finance, documentation and logistics
We support our clientele with a response time of less than 24 hours on daily merchandising emails.
Our production is planned with the factory and up-to-date information is available online on our "TIME ACTION PLANS" for review and comments.
Quality control is outsourced to a third party inspection company to give a reliable and quick support enabling transparency.
We provide logistical support by either working with the customer's nominated forwarder or providing support by reaching goods to the customer using one of our forwarders so that time and money is saved at all given points
